Zyrieda Denning

Dr Zyrieda Denning


Zyrieda is a qualified medical doctor with many years past experience in the nHS. Having recognised the need for high quality, professional care and nursing for the elderly. Zyrieda opened Jasmine house in 2003 as her third care Home, she personally designed the interior and gardens of the Home for the residents’ comfort and well-being. Zyrieda has written and published a book about 5-a-day nutrition and is very keen to ensure delicious healthy meals, with choice and diversity. Cakes are often made and decorated for special occasions.

Amanda Griffith

Nurse Manager

Amanda is a registered mental health nurse and specialises in dementia care. She was appointed deputy manager in 2014 and has a wealth of experience in managing mental health needs for the elderly.

Carolyn Padwick

Nurse Manager of Jasmine Wing

After qualifying as a registered nurse Carolyn worked in a wide variety of hospital environments, before being appointed deputy manager at Jasmine House in 2007. Carolyn developed a particular interest in dementia care and has undertaken various management and dementia courses to support this.

Sally Cowen

House Keeping / Supervisor

Joined March 2016, previously worked in a local doctors surgery for five years. Sally is also a qualified nurse.

Madhukar Timanal


Madhu has worked as a chef at Jasmine Care since 2003. He has a NVQ award in Food Safety in Catering.
